3 months into my new eating habits, and work outs. I wouldn't say there is a drastic change but yes, there is a change.

People often have the misconceptions of strict diet + hard core working out = burn fats then slim down.
Erm no. It doesn't quite work that way.
Having the right amount of carbs, protein is important so you can burn the fats.
You don't eat right, how do you burn?

Most people wakes up really early to work out but sorry, I do otherwise.

I often work out before bed time, so after working out I can have a good shower and then I sleep better.

Last sunday, I tried a new work out routine (which was less intense as compared to those HIIT that I do) but it was sure good sweat out exercise.
It was a full body workout, incooperating cardio and toning. After that, I did arms workout, follow by a cool down session.
It was sweaty. I swear my shorts and (underwear and sports bra) were all wet.

On weekday nights, I do some abs workout and leg workout before sleeping.
Leg raises, reverse crunches, flutter kicks, scissors kicks, planks, side planks, leg circles (lying on the side of the body), oblique crunches. All around 30-40secs each exercises.

As for diet, actually I am not on an diet but I kicked eating really bad for health kind of food.

My breakfast are usually:
- oatmeal with milo (most of the time)
- scrambled eggs with ham (wholemeal wrap) if my mum is on leave.
- muesli (pre packed)
- wholemeal bread with peanut butter and banana (yumssss)

My lunch are slightly heavier:
- nasi padang (less rice)
- chicken rice (less rice)
- lor mee (less noodle, do not drink the gravy)
- chicken chop with (rice, less)
- fish soup with rice / beehoon
- mee soto
- nasi lemak (not those traditional ones)
- nasi biryani (chicken)
- ramen (on weekends)
It's all so not clean kind of meals. I wish they have soup soons here so i can just rely on soups ;p

My dinner are either home, bf's home, or outside.
- fried brown rice (home)
- rice with lots of ingredients (bf's home)
- ramen
- noodles
- sushi
It depends but I try not to eat so much for dinner!

My snacks:
- oatmeal crackers
- beanitos (white beans chips)
- froyos.
- yogurts.

I drink green tea, water. Almost everyday. :)

I am quite proud to say, from dec, till now, i drop 3.5kg.

Well actually it's not just about the weight when it comes to losing those fats.

I don't mind being like above 50kg, but below 60kg would be ideal for my height, and for my bmi.

I don't mind being uk 12, to be honest.
My ideal size would be uk10, but my hip has already grown to uk12 (like the hip bones) so let's just say, i can be a uk10 for top, uk12 for bottom.

So my ideal would be:
Weight/Mass: Above 50kg, below 60kg. (Not that hard to achieve i believe.) My targets are my inner thigh fats, and tummy/love handles. Cross all fingers i'm gonna make it by this year end ><
Bmi: 21-23
Stats: (34~36)-(25-27)-39
Body fats: 24%-31%
Hehe hopefully I can show the ideal stats soon!

I strongly believe in this. Because when you keep striving for perfection (but you don't see it) you get dejected and upsey and it backfires.

I am still trying to eat healthier and think like thrice before putting in something to my mouth and regret it after stepping on the scales or wearing my skin tight jeans,

And lastly, this is probably my best motivation. My bf has a really lean and muscular body (lean but not 6 packs) good enough to show off during summer. Whereas, I am like a potato. Dull, and erm... Unattractive. So yup, this is a motivation for me, so that we could be stroll the beach in Australia (and I could wear like Triangl swimwear and he could be topless) and yuppppppp. Bucket list ticked.

I ought to stick to a regular pattern to update on my progress but nah, i shall do it once in a while in case there's nothing much to update. (Like my diet stays the same, or same old workout)
So yup...

"Workout in winter for that summer body"
