I am pretty sure 85% of the girls (let's say below 30) are pretty much... Slim, and they have long legs.
10% of the girls are probably above the average.
And 5% of the girls.. Are over the healthy range.
Disclaimer, this is what I think.

I have transited from the skinny to the above average and boy, being skinny was easier to dress up.

But I was unhealthy. I had frequent black outs because I didn't eat enough or had enough nutrients. I fainted quite frequently, due to low blood sugar. I was...underweight.

And it all changed.

Somehow my intake for food went so much higher and I ate more and became healthier and over indulged in fried and oily food which caused high percentage of body fats :X

I realized when I was skinnier back then, I look so horrible. Dry and curly hair, very tanned skin, terrible buck tooth and uneven teeth, and no butt. Now that I put on weight, I had straighter natural hair, fairer skin tone, fixed my teeth with braces, and an ass, and it came with heavy boobs.

Technically, I am a uk10-12 but because of my chest, I had to go for a size bigger because i dont want to suffocate my boobs to death. Woes of being busty huh.

I had double chin since young, it's hereditary. All my family members has it be it skinny or fat (which makes things worst when I put on weight!!!)

I was all insecure about my outlooks.

Because people won't see what's inside of me.

I was sad. I binged eat, and was sad, and eat and sad and eat and it went on. Until one day, I saw myself in photos.

I look... Huge.

But the bright side was that I had boobs and ass, and was still curvy.
Though I need to work on my waist harder

In my mind, I thought like people would give up on me or unfriend me because of what I looked like...

But i was wrong. People didn't give up just cause I ballooned up.

I'm not saying its okay to be fat. It's not because it's not good for health, and it's not healthy to be fat. Because being fat would get you into alot of health problems. And I fear having heart problems thats why i started healthier eating. I stay away from fried food as much as i can, and also oily food.
When I have ramen, it's always no oil, less salty! See, to have my favourite food I also made adjustments to the taste of it.
When i'm thirsty, I have green tea without sugar to quench my thirst outside.
I have brown rice but if i cant get brown rice, I'll have lesser white rice. And oatmeal is good for health too!

And don't be disheartened if you are not an uk8-10.

I will always remember this quote:

"Everyone can drive a straight road. But it takes a REAL MAN to handle the curves."

Work(out) hard and look awesome!
