I know I know, I haven post my progress for a very long time!
Well, I still have been working out, but maybe 3 times a week instead of 4, and this month, (FA-Bruary) I'm going try 28 days of Blogilates Beginner workout! :D
So tonight will be the start of #FABRUARYWORKOUT
Honestly, I haven been eating CLEANLY, but I think I reduced my portion but increase my session. It means eat lesser per meal but increase my number of meals. And I tried not eating carbos for dinner, but it kinda backfire, cuz I needa the energy to workout. So last week, I failed. Because not enough energy to finish my workout. :(
My thighs (quads) are getting in shape, in fact quite nice. Need to work on my inner thighs, and arms, together with stomach :X

My strength definitely increased! I dare say I lost 2kg so far after I started working out religiously! So I am really looking forward to losing more! :) Hopefully to my pre-working size! :D

-3 litres of water every day.
- Eat dinner before 8pm.
- Sleep before 11.30!
