Losing Weight
IT'S BETTER LATE THAN NEVER

It's quite serious that this time round I'm pretty much determined to lose all the weight/fats I gain this 1.5 years since I started working (or maybe from poly too) I definitely miss being looking good in photos and looking good in tight fitting clothes so I guess the determination is very strong.
This year, I'll be physically better, mentally stronger. I'm aiming to lose 8-10kg this year (dec is my deadline) Currently I think I've lost about 1.5kg so far! Partly cuz I've worked out 5 times a week for the past one month, and I fell sick last week so I haven't worked out since then and this week I decided to give myself a rest before switching up my routine next week!
I found a way to really motivate myself. TK bought me this ribbed tight dress and it makes me very self conscious about my tummy so I tend to eat lesser (binge lesser on snacks) and then it worked! So to motivate myself more, I'm gonna shop for more tight fitting tops / dress hehe.
I never like wearing white ever since I gained weight because it makes me look bulkier and fatter so first stepping stone would be wearing white tight fitting crop top to motivate myself more. Yay!!!
I'll check back in probably a month later to see my progress :-) Really feeling better and waking up feeling more refreshed but still not a morning person though. Working on myself by myself for myself! ^^

I'm not some professional nutritionist or health science junkie but here's the few things I follow strictly alongside with working out 5 times a week.
• Wholemeal bread w peanut butter.
• Oatmeal with honey
• Less rice for lunch or soup beehoon.
• A small portion of brown rice for dinner with lots of vegetables / wholemeal wraps / salads / buckwheat soba for dinner with protein.
• Skip tea / coffee / sugared drinks, only water
• No snacking, only nuts
And there's one more thing I'd like to incorperate in my diet again!!! HONEY LEMON WATER!!! I rmb I lost some weight with it and I was like healthy with that everyday so from tmr onwards I'm gonna drink it religiously in the morning with an empty stomach! :)
